Immediate opening: back-of-house cleaner (New Hampshire)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Grafton County, New Hampshire. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
