Great opportunity: we are hiring a floor screeder in Clay County, Iowa. Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Day-to-day duties: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
