Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
