Dishwashing attendant • Hudspeth County, Texas

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Hudspeth County, Texas. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
