UPVC welding machine operator • Cumberland County, Maine

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Cumberland County, Maine. The job is on a window-and-door production line. Your main tasks: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
