Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Ekiti East, Ekiti State. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦5,000 per day plus benefits.
