Aluminium tig welder — Morgan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Morgan County, Missouri. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Day-to-day duties: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
