You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
