Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Tattnall County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
