Spray painter (automotive) — Orange County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Orange County, Vermont. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Day-to-day duties: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
