Immediate opening: pastry baker (Wisconsin)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Pierce County, Wisconsin. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
