Marble fitter — San Juan County

Join our team: we are hiring a marble fitter in San Juan County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists You will polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar.
