Urgent requirement: oven operator (South Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Aiken County, South Carolina. You will be based at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Rotating shifts.
