Line cook — Colorado County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Colorado County, Texas. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
