Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Shagari, Sokoto State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
