Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
