Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in City of Chesapeake, Virginia. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
