Dishwashing attendant wanted in Bethel Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Bethel Census Area, Alaska. Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 5+ years on the tools preferred.
