Safety officer • Okehi, Kogi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety officer in Okehi, Kogi State. Your main tasks: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift What we are looking for: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
