We are recruiting: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Fulton County, Georgia. You will work at an automobile body shop. The role involves set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
