Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Berrien County, Michigan. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
