Powder spray gun operator — East Dunbartonshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in East Dunbartonshire, Scotland. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. We offer £2,250 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
