Steam press operator wanted in Jasper County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steam press operator in Jasper County, Indiana. You will work at a dry cleaner's. Day to day you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; give each garment a final press before packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
