You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers Rotating shifts.
