The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time with occasional weekends.
