Urgent requirement: finish carpenter (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Cleveland County, Arkansas. You will work on a commercial fit-out site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Own basic hand tools On the job you will handle: • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
