We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Union Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a busy residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) The role involves: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
