We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundworker in Gallatin County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it On a typical shift you will load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors.
