Coating plant operator wanted in Charles County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Charles County, Maryland. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
