Powder coating sprayer — Fulton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Fulton County, Arkansas. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
