Lift mechanic • Blaenau Gwent, Wales

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Blaenau Gwent, Wales. You will work in a residential tower block. Your main tasks: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
