Powder spray gun operator wanted in Ozaukee County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off.
