System formwork carpenter • Crittenden County, Arkansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Crittenden County, Arkansas. You will work at a precast concrete yard. The role involves: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
