Join our team: gas commissioning technician (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Lyon County, Kentucky. The job is in customers' homes and kitchens. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Able to read isometric and site drawings The role involves: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
