Production line inspector • Delaware County, New York

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line inspector in Delaware County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade On the job you will handle: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
