We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Marion County, Kansas. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills On a typical shift you will update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift.
