Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Spencer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Spencer County, Kentucky. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
