We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Washington County, Mississippi. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
