Great opportunity: we are hiring a press setter operator in Polk County, North Carolina. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. You will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
