Immediate opening: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Dickens County, Texas. The role involves: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Confident with standard crane hand signals Part-time with flexible hours.
