Countertop fabricator — North Ayrshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in North Ayrshire, Scotland. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. You should have: • Own hand tools an advantage • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs Day-to-day duties: • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades Overtime paid at a premium rate.
