Requirements: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Day to day you will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; sand and fill walls before applying primer.
