Great opportunity: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Dickens County, Texas. You will work at a busy building site. The role involves fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Working-at-height certificate an advantage At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
