Immediate opening: we are hiring a site dozer operator in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. You will work at a busy earthworks site. On a typical shift you will carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin. Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain 6+ years on the tools preferred.
