LGV Class 1 driver • Vale of Glamorgan, Wales

We are recruiting: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. You will work at a haulage company. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence You will check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; present documents at weighbridges and check posts. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £7,000 per project, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
