Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Cavalier County, North Dakota. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
