D6/D8 dozer operator • Rock Island County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Rock Island County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
