Now hiring: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Appanoose County, Iowa. The job is in an HVAC service company. You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts You will charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; service split AC units and VRF systems; clean condenser and evaporator coils.
