Great opportunity: plant operator (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Manistee County, Michigan. The role involves work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Full-time, day shift.
