You will pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. You should have: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Careful handling of tools and components • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Rotating shifts.
